Every organisation plan starts with a trial: every feature, up to 5 people, no licence key needed. Add your key before the trial ends and nothing is lost.
Pay for the seats you use
A seat is a person who can sign in, or a pending invitation. Need more? We'll send you a new key with extra seats.
AI usage is billed by your provider
The AI features use your organisation's own account with OpenAI, Anthropic or your own server. You pay the provider directly.

Pricing questions
How much does an organisation plan cost?
Organisation plans are licensed per person, per year, and the price depends on the plan and the number of seats. Tell us about your organisation and we'll send you a quote.
How does the free trial work?
A new install runs for 30 days with every feature for up to 5 people, without a licence key. When you're ready, paste your licence key in Admin → Licence. Everything you set up during the trial stays.
How are seats counted?
Every person who can sign in uses a seat, and so does each pending invitation. People you disable don't use a seat. When all seats are in use, you can't invite anyone new until you free a seat or add more.
What happens when our licence expires?
For 14 days after the expiry date everything keeps working, with a reminder. After that, members can't sign in and the features are switched off until a new key is added, but owners and admins can still sign in to add it. No data is deleted.
Do we pay extra for AI?
MyPDF doesn't include AI usage. The AI features use your organisation's own account with an AI provider, which bills you directly. Admins can set daily and monthly limits.
Will the free editor stay free?
Yes, we plan to keep the editor at mypdf.live free for individuals for everyday PDF and design tasks.
Do I need an account to use the free editor?
No. You can open the editor and start straight away. An account keeps you up to date with new features.
